Welcome to Sikkim Institute of Science & Technogy

The Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology (SIST) is established in the year 2018 vide Notice No 515/DIR (HE)/HRD, dated 17.01.2017. The project is fundedby Government of India’s flagship, RUSA project and all the programmes are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is the only State Engineering College of Sikkim located at Chisopani, Dist. Namchi, Sikkim and is affiliated to Central University, Sikkim popularly known as Sikkim University. SIST offers Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering.

SIST is the only State Engineering Degree College of Sikkim located at Chisopani, South Sikkim. The institute is affiliated to Central University Sikkim popularly known as Sikkim University. The institute is established in 2018 under RUSA project, and it offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering. SIST is AICTE approved state goverment engineering college.
