Yes. Many colleges have exchange programs, ranging from a week to an entire academic year. You need to ask your department office or check the student notice board to notify the application date and details. There will be an initial selection process followed by an interview, after which the most deserving candidate will be selected.

Students can avail 60% scholarship on the full course (of your choice) tuition fees. Students can avail of subsidized hostel fees (USD 1200 per year) that will cover 4 times meal, gym, wifi, and furnished rooms. Apart from this, there are various Government scholarships that Study Mate India updates students about & they can apply to get a full scholarship. However, please note that Study Mate India does not provide any scholarship.
